Bread for Christmas Dinner ~ A Preview

You may already know that I'm in love with the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes method. One of my favorites is the Pain d'Epi or wheat stalk bread. This holiday version wowed me when I first saw Sylvie post hers on Foodgawkers. My first attempt was not without flaws but practice will make perfect by the time I place it on our Christmas dinner table. What a wonderful idea! Visit the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day website for more information. I sprinkled mine with herbs and sea salt before baking:

  2. Wow, your first comment is from the author herself! You have hit the big time girl!

The wreath looks fantastic I don't think you need practice. I really enjoy coming to see what you have shared as well as the peek of your beautiful Santas. I like the triple one :-)
