Do you need a quick and easy dessert to wow your honey tonight? All you need is a boxed cake mix and a few other supplies and you can go home and whip this up in about an hour or so.
You don't even need to make frosting - just dust with powdered sugar to your sweetheart's content.
It's moist, delicious, and above all - chocolatey!
I'll be taking a short break for a week or so. Don't worry if you don't see me around for a little while :-)

We love this cake made with a mix and that beautiful mold makes it look very special indeed. Happy Valentine's Day, Susan. Enjoy your little break.
That's a lovely pattern in your bundt pan...I do love a cake mix doctor kind of cake. For tonight's dinner, I made a wafer cake. Hope that it works out, but we had to have some chocolate.
Enjoy your time away and I'll look for you on your return.
Happy Valentin's Day - Have a great day.
Enjoy your break.

I love bundt cakes and my best ones are from a doctored up cake micx. This sounds wonderful and looks beautiful. I love the swirl from that pan. Makes me want to go out and get a new one.
The second photo looks so amazing. At first glance I thought it was the the rays of the sun shiny down on it only to realize it was being showered with powdered sugar

Simplicity at its best! It is beautiful and looks chocolaty delicious!
Pudding in a cake recipe? WHo comes up with these great ideas. I have a chocolate bundt with banana I've been making for a while now... should try this!
I never use mixes anymore, due to so many allergies and health issues - as well as my food philosophy, Susan - but I know this is a great cake. I recall a very similar recipe in the 70's and adding the pudding to the mix just made the world a better place at the time.
