Do you need a quick and easy dessert to wow your honey tonight? All you need is a boxed cake mix and a few other supplies and you can go home and whip this up in about an hour or so.
You don't even need to make frosting - just dust with powdered sugar to your sweetheart's content.
It's moist, delicious, and above all - chocolatey!
I'll be taking a short break for a week or so. Don't worry if you don't see me around for a little while :-)

ReplyDeletePudding in a cake recipe? WHo comes up with these great ideas. I have a chocolate bundt with banana I've been making for a while now... should try this!
ReplyDeleteI never use mixes anymore, due to so many allergies and health issues - as well as my food philosophy, Susan - but I know this is a great cake. I recall a very similar recipe in the 70's and adding the pudding to the mix just made the world a better place at the time.
