I love tomato tarts of all kinds, from Ina Garten's really simple one to Anne Willan's fabulous tomato tarte tatin I made for the 50 Women Game Changer series. Long instructions often put people off, but not me. The results are always worth it and I've found if you read carefully, it's never as difficult as you think. (Maida Heatter's recipes take pages as she is so precise.)
